Overview

Delivered in 2020 by the renowned Italian shipyard Baglietto, M/Y KATANA X is a 39.75m motor yacht combining striking contemporary design with exceptional interior volume for her class. Featuring elegant exterior styling by Horacio Bozzo and refined interiors by Achille Salvagni, she stands out as a sophisticated and highly charter-friendly platform. Her interiors are defined by sculptural forms, bespoke finishes, and a warm, contemporary palette, enhanced by large windows that flood the living spaces with natural light. The seamless connection between indoor and outdoor areas creates a fluid and relaxed onboard experience, perfectly suited to modern Mediterranean living. KATANA X accommodates up to 10 guests in five beautifully appointed cabins, including a full-beam master suite on the main deck — a feature typically found on significantly larger yachts — offering privacy, comfort, and elevated views. The layout is designed to provide both flexibility and ease of use, ideal for families or groups. Expansive exterior decks offer multiple areas for dining, relaxation, and socialising, from elegant al fresco dining spaces to generous lounging areas. A standout sun deck with jacuzzi and the inviting beach club create the perfect setting to enjoy life on the water throughout the day and into the evening. KATANA X is further enhanced by a dynamic and experienced crew led by a charter-focused captain, ensuring efficient operations and a seamless guest experience. With a strong emphasis on service, attention to detail, and fast turnaround capability, she is ideally suited to busy charter programmes. Guests can enjoy an exciting range of water toys, including a jet ski, two Seabobs, two e-foils, paddle boards, as well as kite and wing surfing equipment. The experience is further elevated by a brand new Wajer 55 chase boat, ideal for fast transfers, coastal cruising, and watersports activities. Constructed with a lightweight aluminium hull and powered by twin Caterpillar engines, KATANA X delivers efficient cruising performance and excellent range, making her well suited to both relaxed coastal cruising and longer itineraries. Combining pedigree, design, volume, and a strong charter setup, KATANA X represents a standout opportunity in today’s competitive 40-metre charter market.
